Assembly has been declared number 905 for the year 2000 and that the decision of the Directorate of Social Affairs Dakahlia.

One of the objectives of the Association offers not only health care but also social and cultural children's Mansoura University Children's Hospital inside and outside the hospital.

Committees of the Association:

Health Care Committee: aims to Assembly health care committee to achieve the following:
 

• Providing medicines crisis and medical devices and prosthetic
• Follow the completion of treatment and provide the easiest means.

Cultural Committee: The purpose of the Cultural Committee of the association to work on the dissemination of culture and health through

• Create a library for children in hospital.
• Work on educational sessions and educational for chronic patients.
• Work on the organization of the literacy workers.

Commission for Social Care: Social Committee, the association works on the following:

• Provide financial assistance to the family of the sick child for treatment as well as provide nutrition after discharge from the hospital, based on social research.
• Provide care of compensating drugs after the child out of the hospital.
• Maintaining continuous link between the family and the General Hospital.
• Provide the entertainment for sick children.
• Work to beautify the hospital and patient wards.
   

Resource Development Committee:

Working on the development of the association's resources through contact with businessmen, companies and institutions to collect donations, gifts of the Assembly, the discretion of the Commission of other resources and approved by the Board of Directors.
