Reservation of gastrointestinal endoscopy in cases of blood vomiting and cases of continuous reflux, such as the following endoscopy:

  • Diagnostic upper endoscopy.
  • Upper endoscopy and variceal ligation.
  • Lower speculum.
  • Upper endoscope to dilate the esophagus.
  • Pulmonoscopy
  • Gastroscopy
  • Colonoscopy
  • Enteroscopy
  • Bile duct endoscopy.
  • Treating these children in accordance with their academic level.
  • Follow up patients when complications occur.
  • Continuous awareness of parents of these patients to limit the spread of these diseases.

Follow up with gastroenterology patients every Thursday in the gastrointestinal unit.

The treatment for Gausher patients is delivered to the care nursing technician  day care to give them treatment.

After examining the patient with digestive system problems, the following tests are performed for him:

Measurement of gastrointestinal and liver motility

    • Esophageal motility.
    • Motility of the rectum and anus.
    • Electrical drawing of the stomach.
    • Electromyogram
    • Anal training.
    • 24-hour acidity study.
    • Measuring the percentage of bile juice

Measuring bowel and liver functions through breath

    • Lactose absorption.
    • Efficiency of liver functions.
    • Pancreatic functions.
    • Stomach transition time.
    • Diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori.
    • Bacterial multiplication test in the small intestine.
    • Intestinal transit time.
