• The early detection and treatment and follow-up cases of hypothyroidism and parathyroid gland, as well as faulty adrenal and diagnosis and treatment of cases of non-discrimination sex and treatment of disorders of growth and delayed puberty and early adulthood and the study of bone diseases as well as the diagnosis and follow-up and treatment of diseases of sugar from children.

The following cases are admitted :

• Critical diabetic patients with DKA or hypoglycemia.
• Diabetic patients for performing regular pancreatic rest by intravenous insulin infusion and regular follow up laboratory tests for diabetic complications.
• Critical endocrinology cases or those needing special investigations.
• Diagnosis of endocrinal tumors and dealing with them before and after surgery.
• Acute suprarenal failure.
• Disorders of suprarenal gland (congenital adrenal hyperplasia) associated with disorders of sex differentiation.
• Diagnosis of sex differentiation performing needed investigations.
• Diagnosis and treatment of hypertension.
• Severe hypocalcemia cases.
• Thyroid storm cases.
