Within the framework of joint cooperation between Egyptian and African universities, and based on the excellence of Mansoura University, a delegation from the Tanzanian Heart Institute and the Egyptian-African Heart Association visited Mansoura University Children's Hospital today. The visit was under the auspices of Professor Dr. Sherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, and Professor Dr. Ashraf Shoma, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. They were received by Professor Dr. Ghada El-Qunishi, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development, Professor Dr. Mona Mohamed Hafez, Director General of the Children's Hospital and Head of the Cardiology Unit, Professor Dr. Mayada Sabry, Deputy Director of the Hospital, and Professor Dr. Angie Othman, Deputy Director of the Hospital. The delegation visited the pediatric cardiac catheterization unit, the echocardiography (echo) laboratory, the inpatient cardiac ward, and the cardiac catheterization unit. They commended the distinguished medical service and modern technologies provided by the pediatric cardiac unit at the University Children's Hospital.
