With fruitful cooperation between the children's hospital under the management of Prof. Dr. Ashraf El Sharkawy and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Alfi, Director of the University Performance Development Center, and with serious work from Prof. Dr. Naveen Abdel-Khalek, Director of the Administrative Development Unit at the University Performance Development Center, and prof. Dr. Amani Shoma, Director of the Quality Unit at the Children's Hospital
The first activities of the training cooperation protocol between the two sides took place from inside the practical training hall in the auditorium of Prof. Dr. Al-Mahdi Al-Basousi, in order to implement training for the administrative team within its work site at the Children's Hospital at Mansoura University, with the full cooperation of the University Performance Development Center team, represented by the Administrative Development Unit, which is pleased to perform With its tasks to the fullest extent anywhere inside and outside Mansoura University to serve the administrative apparatus.
The first training workshop began, in which Dr. Shaima Al-Mashad and Dr. Amira Kamal, entitled (Customer Service and Skills for Dealing with the Public in University Hospitals), and this was done over two days, from 4-5 March 2023.
